Interactive Botanical Cocktail Stop

A wildly delicious interactive experience, where guests are able to blend their own cocktails/non-alcoholic
botanical drinks. This could work well as a post-Cape Point activity stop (Nature Reserve/Penguin Walk
etc.)
Description: We will start by opening up the senses to a range of seasonal wild herbs and edible flowers to
be used in drinks. A guided walk in the cultivated wild herbal gardens. Guests will then learn the basics of
botanical blending and create a gin based botanical cocktail with a range of freshly picked wild herbs,
flowers, bitters, infusions, syrups, tonics and tinctures. Leave with a herbal bouquet and a kick in your
step. Sample menu: Wild mint mojitos with edible flowers, floral ice and a citrus buchu spray.
