  • Part-time freelance chef

Requirements: Trained chef. Happy to work in a rustic farm style environment. Excellent understanding of flavours, menu creation, food presentation. Comfortable creating snacks, canapes and multi course meals for both small and large groups. Preserving/fermentation of wild and harvested ingredients. Fire cooking and baking skills. Incorporating seasonal ingredients harvested/foraged in menus and meals, plus local produce/product provisioning. Ability to work alone and with a team, indoors and outdoors.   • Part-time freelance workshop assistant

Requirements: Assistance in set up, execution and pack down of events. Reliable, organised, attention to detail. Interpersonal skills, eye for design/art, passion for food and the great outdoors. Willing to get your hands dirty – sweeping, cleaning, gardening, composting, foraging, waitressing, kitchen assistant. Ability to work both alone and in a team. Please send CV and cover letter to

Requirements: Assist in the gardens and kitchen, workshops and wild. Planting, watering, weeding, harvesting. Working in the cultivated wild herb gardens. Picking, pressing and preserving edible flowers and seaweeds. Picking, processing and preserving garden produce. Sweeping, cleaning, gardening, composting, kitchen assistant. PLEASE NOTE: Applicants will need their own reliable transport (unfortunately there is no public transport around this area) locality to the Southern Peninsula preferable. These positions are for rotational shift work through our upcoming summer season.
