INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup of fynbos herbs of your choice, washed, patted dry and chopped fine.
1 ½ cups of rolled oats
1/2 cup of rice flour
3 tbs oil
Salt and pepper
Water to bind
METHOD:
Put all the ingredients except the water into a bowl. Mix together until the oil and herbs have incorporated. Slowly add enough water for a soft but firm dough to form. It its too crumbly, add some more water. Roll out and cut out circles with a cookie cutter or a glass. Bake on a greased tray in a preheated oven at 180 deg for 15 minutes or until golden.
